Lori R. Simon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada in 1989. She went on to receive her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1996.
Ms. Simon has extensive experience in insurance defense, business litigation and construction defect law (representing both developers and subcontractors), as well as bankruptcy. Her personal injury experience includes cases involving premises liability, products liability, automobile and construction accidents.
Ms. Simon has taken and defended hundreds of depositions, participated in hundreds of mediations and arbitrated numerous cases (including multi-million dollar litigation). She has worked with some of the biggest builders and insurance companies in the U.S. Her practice also includes individuals and businesses in construction-related matters and disputes.
In addition to all California state courts, Ms. Simon is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California.
